Rosene Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Your Grant BFF, a firm dedicated to help businesses and non-profit organizations improve their outcomes for greater funding and community impact through leadership training, speaking engagements, courses, and tailored concierge services for program scalability.
An established leader, Rosene has been the Executive Director/CEO of several non profit organizations in multiple states and industries including early childhood education, disability education, juvenile justice and environmental health.
Career achievements include:
Developing and implementing successful corporate social engagement strategy leading to increased funding and strategic partnerships in excess of $10 million dollars.
Rosene has also served as an executive consultant with the University of Michigan, Orange County Public Schools, Scholastic Inc., and several other family and youth service organizations.
